Our original equiptment water pump used to be begining to run unevenly after 5 yrs of pretty regular use. A google search turned up the Revolution, just a little pricer, the declares had been more water force and a extra quiet pump. The claims have been very accurate. I even have prior to now used the three chamber Shurflo pumps for plenty of yrs. They have at all times been hassle free and a good value. This new unit has 4 pumping chambers and is extremely quiet. I'm changing an outdateder Shurflo and a Flojet pump. I used the older Shurflo for my water consumption wants, ie. bathe and sink in my 18 wheeler. The water force used to be good sufficient, but now not what I expected, so I ordered this Shurflo Revolution pump, and now I even have superb water drive (with an Accumulator Tank put in)! I used the Flowjet to transfer water from and external a hundred gal tank, through a filter, to fill the inside forty gal tank. The forty gal tank is what services the sink and bathe. The Flowjet pump would repeatedly shut down as a end result of over-heating. So the previous Shurflo changed it. Next problem! That the previous Shurflo didn't have enough energy to pump the water from the tank and thru a filter into the 40 gallon tank, so I ordered yet every other Shurflo revolution pump! After a couple of adjustments (although it states that best a qualified should regulate it, and there are not any clear instructions on the proper way to do it.) this thing hums proper along. No over-heating considerations, and a quick transfer or water.
I did modify both pumps for most suitable performace, and I additionally ordered and put in an Accumulator Tank for steady pressure and lower pump usage.
Over all, this will additionally be a nice pump for the price!
For the assessmenter who gave it a 1-star evaluation becaues when he tipped it over water came out...
