I lately determined to wire my Grundfos right into a push-button timer that flow intos only for 10 minutes, after which mechanically shut off. The clock on the pump is then set to ON so every time the unit will get electrical energy from the timer (it runs for the selected time 10,20,30,60 minutes) and it automatically shuts off. This works well for our home where my wife and I just push the timer a 5 minutes prior to we take a bathe. This resolution would possibly work well for the one that has it within their guest room. Alternatively, there are remote RF (radio frequency) switches (sold for woodworking vacuum methods) where you should turn the pump ON/OFF from the guest tub simplest when wanted.
